In 1992 we introduced the MS-DOS based Ticketwriter II system which became established as the market leader for in-store ticketing solutions in the UK.
Six years later Ticketwriter 2000 brought our ubiquitous product to the Windows environment and colour print. By 2002 Ticketwriter Prelude was launched and continues to be a cornerstone of retail ticketing systems today.
We are a family owned business having passed from father, Jim, to son Steve Stovold in 2021. Under Steve’s stewardship and considerable experience in IT, the company has entered the next era with the development of a new suite of products. Leveraging modern cloud technology to deliver an enhanced user-experience, automation and streamlined ticket production.
